Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Name and email address — provided by you at checkout or through our contact form, used to deliver your purchase and to answer support requests.
• Payment data — collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see, receive or store your full card number, CVC or expiry date. We receive only the information needed to identify a transaction, such as the last four digits of the card, card brand, amount, currency, billing country and transaction status.
• Order data — the products purchased, amounts, dates, refund status and support correspondence.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected automatically in server logs and analytics.

2. Why we use it

• To deliver the digital product you purchased and resend it if needed.
• To process payments, issue refunds and keep accounting records.
• To provide customer support and respond to your messages.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized redistribution of our materials.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve the website.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We only send you marketing email if you have opted in, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website uses only essential cookies required for the site and checkout to function, plus, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics used in aggregate to count page views and understand which pages are useful. Our payment processor may set cookies on the checkout page for fraud prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.

4. Third-party processors

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, fraud prevention and refunds. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
• Our email provider — used to deliver your download link, transactional messages and support replies. It processes your name and email address on our instructions.
• Our website hosting and file delivery providers — used to serve this site and host your downloadable files.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We only engage providers that offer appropriate safeguards for personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by US tax and accounting law, generally seven years. Support correspondence is kept for up to three years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs and analytics data are kept for up to 24 months. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, a copy of your data in a portable format, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent for marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email suporte@verminion.digital from the address associated with your order, including "Privacy request" in the subject line. We respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain transaction records required by law even after a deletion request.

8. Children

This website and our products are not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
